An older adult relaxing at home with a small WalledCare presence sensor on the wall and the WalledCare app showing 'Mom is OK'
WalledCare for Eldercare

Know they're OK — without a camera in the room.

WalledCare watches over aging parents privately — no camera, no wearable. The thinking happens on the device, so you just get a gentle alert when something's off.

AI safety that respects privacy. Built in Canada.

Camera-free

Presence sensing — never an image, total privacy.

Made in Canada

Built & hosted in Canada.

Caring from a distance

You want to know they're alright. They want their privacy.

Cameras feel like surveillance. Alert buttons only work if they're worn and pressed. A missed call tells you nothing.

Cameras don't belong in bedrooms

The rooms where falls happen — the bathroom, the bedroom — are exactly where a parent won't accept a camera.

Pendants only work if worn

After a real fall they often can't press it — or took it off hours ago.

How it works

A quiet sensor. A gentle alert.

1

Place a small sensor

Plug it in — bedroom, hallway, bathroom. It senses presence and movement, never images.

2

It learns the daily rhythm

Getting up, moving about, settling at night — on the device, privately.

3

You get a gentle alert

A possible fall, or no movement when there usually is — by app, email, or text.

How it compares

Passive, private, and always on.

Questions

Good to know

Is there really no camera?

Correct — presence sensors detect movement and occupancy with no lens; no image is ever captured or stored.

Where is the data stored?

In Canada. Only activity signals and alerts are kept — never video, because there isn't any.

How are we alerted?

Through the WalledCare app and dashboard, with optional email or text to one or more family members.

Is this a medical device?

No — see the note below.

Please note: WalledCare is an awareness and reassurance tool. It is not a medical device, not a monitored response service, and not a substitute for professional care or emergency services. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number.
